Hi, have you remedied the half bottle fill in the container? Many complaints about the jar being filled halfway?

This is such a common complaint amongst Americans it's hard to believe people are still complaining. SOLD BY WEIGHT, NOT VOLUME. When they fill these containers there is air trapped between the grains, and other imperfections that make the container look full when it's first filled. As the container is moved around, the contents settle and therefore it looks like your container is half full.. it sorta packs itself. Try this with a bowl of popcorn: you can shake the popcorn as the popcorn settles you can put more in the bowl. Some process, but with these small grains air is also an issue. In other words: they need THIS size container to ship you the weight stated on the package. They're not going to build another machine to shake the container to settle the contents and then put more in. It is more economical to simply ship it in this size container. Please, now, tell your friends, so we can stop this absurdity from the American public who apparently doesn't understand this basic concept.
