There’s a person who left a review freaking out about strychnine alkaloids in the pellets. I don’t think they understand how homeopathy works. With homeopathy, like treats like, which is why poisonous plants or even animal venom can be a homeopathic remedy. The actual substance isn’t in the pellet - it’s an energetic sucussion, which is incredibly diluted. For example, if you have a sunburn, one remedy that can help is the Belladonna flower, a flower that is poisonous and known for its heat. It’s applying heat to heat in the body, which allows the energy to move and your body to heal faster. This remedy uses the ignatia Amara plant, known as the St Ignacius Bean, which is a woody vine. The seeds do contain strychnine as well as brucine. The “poison” is the intensity that allows this remedy to help treat the intensity of grief, stress, anxiety, emotional shock etc. I’ve found it to be helpful dosing in water, it’s gentler on the body that way. Take 4 oz of water, put two pellets of the remedy in, stir for 15 seconds, take one sip and discard the rest of the water. That’s one dose.

Boiron Ignatiia is an amazing product. I’ve used it to take the edge off of some really tough moments. One was when our mom passed away and we had prepare for her memorial. The stress of it was really tough, but, I started using this product, probably four times a day and it just took the edge off. I highly encouraged my siblings to do the same. One of them did, and she, like me was able to cope a lot better than the other three. I also have used it with another real serious situation that had me highly stressed. It might not be a miracle product, but it’s darn well close to it. I would highly recommend this for anybody going through some tough things. Like I said to take the edge off and not have to do prescription drugs was really helpful.

I have been hearing good reviews from the borion company. And what is good about them, it will not interfere with medications. I am someone who gets lots of anxiety! I am on medications and have one that is not recomended to take everyday. So I decided to give this a try when I was having an anxiety attack. You put 5 little ones under the tounge, let them all dissolve. And I noticed even before they can dissolve, in about a few minutes, I started to relax! There are mixed reviews about this working for them and for some it did not work. For me it is working just fine for a few hours. But of course my controlled meds that is prescribed for me is the best.

I was going through a rough anxiety time that woke me up at night and felt anxious during the day this shut down the fear… it works you just need to take it constantly for couple of day to feel the results..
