The heating pad is a good, solid weight. The cover is very soft and the heating pad itself is pliable and flexible, not stiff like my current pad. I like that it stays on for a couple of hours without automatically turning off, and even when I turn it to high, the temperature seems to moderate itself throughout the length of time that it's on. In other words: even when it's at its warmest, it doesn't stay at that temp. It comes down a bit then goes back up. It has really done my arthritic knee a world of good. Also, I didn't get the largest size, but the one I got is ample.

Heats up fast. I got this to heat up hot stones for my massage therapy Business so they stay at very consistent temperature. My family loved it so much when we were testing it out that I had to buy another one for At Home. The infrared heat is deeper and more penetrating than pure’s regular heating pads. It has just a bit of weight to it, but not enough to be considered a weighted pad. I find it to be perfect for placement on the body and contouring and hugging the back or shoulders. I got this on sale, but would definitely pay full price for it. I love the automatic shut off. The controllers are simple and easy to use.

My daughter and I have purchased three of these. We loved them because they’re weighted and because they’re large. Did have an issue with one and had to work with the manufacturer. Easy to work with replaced it without fuss.

Nice large heating pad. Using it for a torn rotator cuff for the corresponding pain in my lats and shoulder blade. With it's large size I can hit the shoulder, blade and lat all at once. Only complaint is once it reaches unknown temp on its highest setting it seems to shut down and I never feel it come back on. Have to turn it off and start over.

This heating pad has been AWESOME. I deal with a lot of joint pain and bought this heating pad so that there was something that I could use on my whole back. This pad has fit the bill perfectly, with lots of levels of heat. I can't handle super high heat, so find the levels perfect. It's helped me out with back pain, neck pain, jaw pain, and cramps, with lots of coverage. The auto shutoff is great, since I very frequently fall asleep with the pad. My one criticism is that when the pad goes into auto shutoff the light blinks red and doesn't stop. The blinking isn't super pleasant to wake up to. However, overall this heating pad has been perfect for my needs.
