I bought this for hotpod yoga and has been a lifesaver. It's great quality and will clearly last me a long time. It's lightweight and small, which is perfect to carry in your bag, and is perfect for wiping your head, face and neck when doing exercise. I wash it every time I use it, and the material hasn't bobbled or faded in the 15+ times I've washed it already.

Love it, folds away to no size at all and comes in a really useful carrying pouch. Barely had it a week and wish I'd got one sooner, I'm thinking of getting another just to leave in the pocket of my waterproof.

Microfiber towels are , among other uses no doubt, recommended for drying hair. An explanation I saw on YouTube is that hair has scales, and hair when wet is more fragile than when dry. The loops of regular terry cloth towels can catch behind the scales and damage hair. That's where a microfiber towel comes in: smooth, no loops to catch behind anything. Whether that really makes a difference is hard to measure, but it's not a high dollar item, so why not give it a try. But the one I bought is just a bit small, even for short hair. I think the size of a hand towel probably makes the most sense. You don't need full size because it's only for your hair, if that's what you are buying it for. But you can at least start by patting your hair dry instead of rubbing. Rubbing is a big no-no apparently. Never knew that.
