Very Impressed, and I just got it!
It's not camping season yet where I live, but this hammock kit comes with so many extras, I can't wait to test it out! Here are the things that impressed me most:All the materials are high quality rip-stop nylonHang straps and carabiners are of climbing quality60 feet of high quality reflective cordage (6 sets of 6 feet and one set of 24 feet)4 high quality mini tent stakes to peg out the tarpHigh quality fine mesh bug netting with good stitchingHigh quality lashing points and stitching all around on the flyDon't think that this is bugout bag gear. This thing is a portable house. Weight is nominal for the protection from bugs and element that you get with this kit. It comes in three units satcheled up in a bag that can double as a day pack (another little surprise bonus!) Hammock, Bug net, and Fly. The stuff sacks for the hammock and bugnetting are integrally sewn to the individual units, so no lost stuff sacks. You can choose which components you want to bring according to season. Now, on to the DISAPPOINTMENTS:Yes, there is always something that manufacturers do, year in, year out, since forever that I wish they would GET OVER. My #1 peave is: Why do you still insist on making the fly bag out of the same material as the fly? It's a fly. If it gets wet, which it is designed to do, It....... gets wet. The undercoating of any good fly is STICKY. When you make the fly bag with the STICKY side IN, it makes it a real pain to get anything INTO that STICKY bag. We are good campers. We roll our flys with the SLICK outside OUT. The fly bag DOES NOT NEED to be waterproof. Please, for all that is good, and for those of us that have been camping since forever.... make the flay bag out of the same material as the TENT (or the hammock in this case). It will be SLICK and god so much easier to get a wet fly INTO IT! Make the TENT BAG (or the hammock bag in this case) out of the FLY material so it will be WATERPROOF. See..... makes PERFECT sense! Fly in the wet bag, tent or hammock in the FLY bag. Now, since the bags are integrally sewn onto the component. I CANT DO THAT. But, it's a minor disappointment because of the very high quality components themselves. Oh, wait.... not done.....Peave #2 since forever and ever with every manufacturer, even Coleman..... Please, for all that is good and graceful, put a zip cord on the stake bag. You put one on the Tent (hammock), the fly, the bug screen.... then you STILL put these sewn on TIE straps that we have to TIE instead of ZIP. DO you know how hard it is to have to tie a stake bag that actually has stakes in it? Do you? And this one stores cordage as well. So, you have this bag with these components that are flopping around.... and you have to TIE IT while keeping all that stuff in there. It's crazy. ZIP IT! Just ZIP IT!Buy this kit because it is super duper with lots of fluff. Then go find a rock to throw at the guy who missed the simple stuff that has been plaguing us all since forever! Happy Camping!

Love the hammock-great customer service for any issues!
The nylon hammock is wonderful! So easy to set up and sturdy. It was perfect. The net-not so much! The zipper for the net came off so easily the first time we used it. We would love it if the company could send us a replacement for the net. We could send the whole thing back if need be. Please contact usUpdate: company sent a replacement so quickly. Excellent customer service to help remediate our situation!

great hammock
Great hammock. Everything as advertised. No problems with bug net and it kept everything out (unfortunately I had fed every mosquito in West Virginia by this point). My only complaint would be a lack of adjustable straps for around the trees to allow for different distances. I used a standard ratchet strap to allow me to hang the hammock from two trees that were too far apart.

Amazing weight for size, durability, and price.
I purchased two of these, one for myself and one for my wife. I am completely satisfied with the purchase. I have backpacked hundreds of miles with mine so for and have had no issues. Not sure how many nights that is, but it is a fair amount. I only carry what I need and each component is pretty light, except the fly. I will eventually replace the rain fly because it is the heaviest part, but it is not bad either. The hammock is very strong and length is great. I'm abour 5'9" and 185lbs.In 40F+ weather I take the hammock, fly, bugnet, 30F sleeping bag, and a double bubble radiant pad to protect my back side from bug bites. From 30F - 40F I take the same but leave the bugnet at home. From 20 - 30 I use a pod sleeping bag and the hammock.Below 20 I use the pod, hammock, and fly to keep the wind off.Weight breakdown is this:Hammock (Including carabiners) - 562g | 1.236lbsFly (in bag including stakes and guy lines) - 780g | 1.716lbsStraps - 286g | .629lbsBug Net (in bag including ridge line) - 298g | .655lbsTotal 4.22lbs without the carry bag that I don't use.For the size of the hammock and durability, it would be hard to find something lighter.

Very high quality kit for the price.
Used many nights backpacking. A little on the heavy side for backpacking but tolerable. So much more comfortable than mattress on the ground! Works very well with net and fly. I slept diagonal about 2 to 7 o'clock for a flatter lay and used a flexible foam pad on the second night for cooler temps into the high 40s and plan to add an under quilt soon. The fly is just the right size to keep you dry and leave some room for your gear. It can also be used separately. Love the adjustable rope clips on the fly and lightweight quality stakes! While the netting zipper does seem a little flimsy I minded those comments anditbhas held up very well with care.

No instructions!
Light weight and easy art up. No instructions though which could be quite terrible if you don't know what you're doing. Would suggest purchasing longer tree straps just out of personal preference

Big and comfortable
I purchased another hammock and had to return it just because it was too short and also was wrongly described. This one fits the bill. It is long, sturdy and bug net works perfect. Blue side inserts are a bit floppy but it adds some cosines. One of the features I like a lot is the material it is made of: I know it is synthetic fabric but it has soft cotton feel to it.
