What does "effective enough" mean? Does it imply they are less effective than the oem?

Does anyone how this compares to the oem version? sometimes the knockoffs aren't as effective or skimp on quality.

Same as far as I can see. Feels heavy, like the original filter.

Has anyone actually done any tests to verify that they clean the air "just like" the oem version? looking and fitting the same is not enough.

I can't do any testing as I have no equipment for such work, but I can say that the unit will automatically go on higher levels for a few minutes and then drop back to level one. That means that the unit senses that the air is once again clean. It seems to work exactly the same with this one as the original. Hope that helps.

Does this pack contain the 1yr filter and the 6 month filter?
