クラウドにデータを自動アップロードしてくれる
持ち運び容易でクラウドに画像、動画を自動アップロードしてくれて使い勝手がいい。たまにスマホとのリンクがし辛いときがあるのでマイナス１。

ラグが大きい
スマホに直で撮影画像を保存したいためにFLIR Oneの後継として発売されたEDGEを購入しました。FLIR One proを数年使ってきましたがそれよりもバッテリーの持ちは格段に良くなっているようです。ワイヤレスのためiOSでもAndroidでも使用できる事が1番の売りなのだろうと思いますが、ワイヤレス（Wi-Fi）接続ゆえか、カメラからスマホへ画像を転送するのに1秒前後のラグがあります。カメラを動かすとカクカクとコマ送りのように画面が動く感じです。（iPhone12pro、iOS16.1、ファームウェアバージョン1.10.11）それプラス、20秒～40秒くらいの間隔でキャリブレーションのため数秒止まります。この辺は諦めて使っていくつもりですが、他ブランドのサーモカメラってどうなんでしょう？

撮影できないものを返品したのに返品が受け付けられない
スマートホンに繋がったのは一度だけあとはストリーミングの準備中と延々と表示されるだけで撮影できるようにならない交換手続き中、使用品は返品を受け付けられないとのメールがあった使用しないと不良品と判断できないのだが……カスタマーサポートへの通話で、ようやく返品が認められた
