Easy to install
I love the durability. I installed in my kitchen floor. It looked amazing

Quality flooring, pain to install
First the pro. Once installed it looks absolutely beautiful! With white base and trim! Gorgeous. But..... that's where it stops. My guys are pros and they had difficulties the entire way. 400 sq ft. The biggest problem is that when they put the actual planks into the packaging to sell.. that's where the edges are getting damaged. They said they had to stop and inspect each piece carefully before installing it which took extra time. That 2 or 3 out of the 8 pieces in each box were damaged. I would have spoken to amazon had I known this info sooner. They had to cut the damaged part off and it wasn't as usable. They made it work. I had purchased 2 extra boxes which helped. Would I purchase again? I don't know because these guys know the flooring and would charge more because it IS a pain. But.. it's gorgeous!

Multiple Damages/ Wrong Color
Product needs protected better when shipped. Many pieces right out of the box had broken corners and the guides for snapping pieces together cracked and unusable. Order extra if you use this product or find a sturdier product. Gave it three stars because the floor is beautiful once you have enough usable pieces to complete it. Don't order the Amber Hill Brown. Must be out of stock since I received Gold four times when trying to get additional Amber Hill Brown.

Good product damaged in shipping
Good product easy to install just wish my wasn't damaged in shipping got 3 board with corners messed up and one with a chunk out of it

Unusable
Purchased 3 boxes, they arrived damaged. Not able to use product at all. Very disappointed. Corners were all damaged, scratched. Will end up buying at local store so I can pick it up myself and see before purchasing.

Worth the effort and superior to wood but...
Easy to cut but snap together fit is not perfect...difficult to get exactness in joining pieces. Will try another brand in future...Pergo has been better than most in my experience with wood click together fit

Breaks easily and doesn't click in place with certain pieces. Doesn't stay in place
Its beautiful flooring but some pieces don't click together so you have to find one that works. Comes apart when your working down a row. Flooring slides when tapping piece in. So its a redo of pulling out the planks where it seperated and do it over again. Extremely frustrating and time consuming. Definitely not click and go.
