This is like a hidden gem of a vacuum! It’s powerful, lightweight, and easy to use. I just purchased a second one a year after I bought the first one, because my teenager is HARD on vacuums and has beat ours up!! It still runs fine, but she has broken off pieces, etc. She gets the old one. Her dad and I get solo use of new one. LOL I’ve had at least two Dysons in the past and I really do like them, but for the price of this vacuum, I’d recommend it over my Dysons, if you are looking to not spend a small fortune. Cost to power ratio is unbeatable in this vacuum!

pros - hepa filter (makes a huge difference compared to my previous vacuum) - detachable handle and attachments make getting into hard to reach places easier - swivel base makes maneuvering easy - can get under most furniture with little issues - lightweight - multi surface, deep clean on carpets and high suction for hard woods is perfect for my apartment with both floor types. cons - non detachable base, wish this would let you detach the canister from the base for getting higher to reach places - cord is non-retractable and gets in the way while cleaning overall, its fantastic for the price and does a great job at getting everything up. I don't have any pets but for the 'clean freak' I am, this does a great job at getting everything.

Great power and suction for our area rugs and hard wood floors. We have two dogs and two cats so this will keep pet hair off of the furniture and out of the rugs. Love the bagless option - just so tired of buying bag! Picture is after first use on one rug that was just vacuumed last week. Thought my rugs were clean… THEY ARE NOW!

It was slightly hard/confusing to put together but once we figured it out it works great. Replaced our old 20 year vacuum that was also a Bissell that was on the main floor (which still works and is now in my room.)

It works great as an upright. Easy to empty. A little hard to push on carpet sometimes at the lower settings. The hose attachment part is not so easy. You have to have the base super close to what you are using the tube for, and it pulls over and falls super easily. It really is primarily an upright. I haven't had that long, but it is working fine. Nice on floors, it does grab pet hair along the base boards pretty well. Any tight corners you can use the hose attachement... it comes out easily. I can't vacuum under the beds or under the my coffee table with it... too large. That's a bummer and a pain.
