I have both 2 sets so far and I have to say I love these bracelets they do reduce the electrical shock. Tou will get shocked still, but the bracelets block the electrical shock to hit you that hard. I been wearing them nd it has reduced the electrical shocks that I get. At first when you get them, get use to them. Allow your body to get use to them. After a while you will notice the difference. Just give them a chance. I like them. But just remember everyone body is different. With my review I can only speak about myself and what these bracelets have done for me. They are tough to get on and bulky right at your wrist if you work on a computer all day. Seemed to hold down the static a bit.
