There are good quality and sturdy. I use them for cable kickbacks and they’re super solid!

I was looking to add a tool for more variety for glute/hamstring/hip workouts when a knee injury limited my ability to do certain exercises and also more flexibility when certain machines at the gym were being used. I've seen lots of folks use these, so I figured I'd give them a try. Total game changer! I was able to get a great glute and hamstring workout and having the new options made the workout more interesting. Several people reported that the band could be uncomfortable, but I didn't find it too bothersome, although I was wearing ankle length capris. I was also afraid that they wouldn't fit since I'm a little bit on the heavier side, but they fit perfectly and the velcro felt secure. The clasps felt secured to the band well enough, and the clasps felt sturdy enough to hold the weight. The bands are versatile enough to have the clasps on the side or back of the ankle for hip and glute focused exercises and the design of the velcro makes it easy enough to put on within minutes. Looking forward to adding this into my regular leg day rotation!

Works great for wrist or ankle cable attachment points. Comfortable and relatively easy to put on. The strap with Velcro seems redundant and probably not necessary, but overall easy to use and comfortable.
