Q: My battery won’t charge/discharge. what should I Do?

The BMS triggered protection mode due to abnormal voltage/current/temp .You need to adapt a 12-14.6V 20A charger with pulse function to charge the battery. (Auto charger,standard lead-acid chargers, non-pulse lithium chargers is not supported)

Q: Is it possible to use a 100ah lithium phosphate battery as a car starter battery?

They cannot be used for starting power.They are energy storage batteries.

Q: What should I do if the internal battery voltage is below 10V or 0V when I receive the package?

About 0v battery we will either replace the battery with a new one . 10-9V battery please use 14.6V 20A charger with pulse function to charge the battery

Q: Can Eiiev batteries be connected in series or parallel with batteries from other brands?

No. Batteries from different brands have varying internal structures, which can easily lead to fire hazards.

Q: How many batteries can I connect in series or parallel at most?

This depends on the specific electrical devices. Do not exceed four batteries. The maximum configuration is 4S4P.
