I wasn’t sure what to expect, but this variety pack blew me away! Every shape was super yummy and incredibly easy to cook. It’s such a great alternative to regular pasta. It was light, low-cal, and still satisfying. The texture held up really well, and it paired beautifully with all kinds of sauces and flavors (especially pesto and spicy marinara!). Perfect for anyone watching carbs or calories but still craving that pasta feel. Will definitely be reordering!

I bought these to use in a low carb diet, and am pleasantly surprised. It's made from konjac flower, so it's almost all fiber - very low carb. The variety pack I bought comes with several different "types" (meaning size, thickness, etc). There are a few things you need to know before using this, though. It's "wet" when it comes out of the pack. You don't need to cook it, but unless you "cook off" the excess liquid it will always be watery. You just have to toss it in a hot fry pan for a very short amount of time (say 20 seconds to a minute depending on how you're going to use it). If you're going to add it to a pasta dish, it can remain a little "wetter" as the sauce will absorb some of the water. If put in an Asian dish, if the water isn't cooked off, it will water down the dish. This might seem like a pain in the butt, but compared to the amount of time it takes to boil regular noodles and drain them, it's way faster. Take note - this ISN'T wheat pasta. It never gets super "soggy" soft. If you don't like your pasta al dente, you won't like this. It has a texture very similar to zucchini noodles - crisp and a wee bit chewy. Also take note - where this is made from konjac and is almost all fiber, you don't want to eat a huge amount of this, especially if you have gastrointestinal issues. A giant bowl of spaghetti using this may cause you to regret it. A normal serving is fine. I have issues with eating a lot of fiber and I can eat this fine as long as I don't make a pig of myself with it. Not sure if this would be considered gluten-free or not, but if you are going low carb/keto and you want pasta, this is a great choice.

It's amazing with sauce, meat, and/or beans. The only issue I have is that it's slightly gristly in the center, otherwise it's absolutely great. Of course, it's not regular pasta, so it doesn't behave exactly like regular pasta, but that's to be expected. It's pretty darn close, better than any other pasta substitute I've had. The shape is amazing, the flavor is basically nonexistent which for me is a good thing since pasta is really all about the texture and fill for me. Adding some cheese on top can make a big difference, and with how low calorie and low carb this pasta really is, you can afford to have a few extras since most pasta dishes suffer from the caloric content of the pasta itself. With this? No worries. Has no smell and is nice and sturdy/strong like a real noodle. I love the variety that comes with it. It is a bit expensive, but honestly I don't regret this purchase. It's given me a nice break from the constant fight with weight loss. I read a lot online about konjac upsetting stomach, and I haven't had many issues so far, although this is only my second day/third bag. That's right. I ate two bags in one day. The most I've had is just a small bit of discomfort in my lower intestine before I have to go number two, and feeling super full a short while after eating it.

It’s not a bland taste nor a bad smell and I like the texture particularly in the fettucini, but the big issue for me is it isn’t that convienent. Two plastic packages to get to the pasta that needs to be rinsed off before cooking and it can’t just be heated in the package in the microwave like the Barrillas pastas. I like the spaghetti and loved the fettucini. Haven’t tried the rice as I already have several bags of the quick convenient Uncle Ben’s Jasmine and Brown rices

Okay, so honest review on this product from a foodie who is always looking for ways to make things healthier. They have no smell and no taste at all. So you can only taste what you add to them. They are very easy to make, open drain and rinse them. They are transparent which was a little off putting to me but I was determined to like it. I made spaghetti and meatballs with them. I could not get used to the texture of the noodles. They are kind of rubbery or bouncy when you try to chew them and even with a red sauce added they were still transparent. If texture doesn’t matter to you then it’s a good low calorie choice. It isn’t something I will be using in my diet plan.
