Ottimo prodotto, non facile da reperire nei normali supermercati, soprattutto quello BIO. Non troppo piccante ma se usato in quantità moderate altrimenti lo sentirete sia in bocca che altrove...

Got this on a whim, after eating kimchi for the first time and seeing a cheat's recipe on YouTube and convincing myself that I too would be able to make kimchi. I gave up on my dream to make kimchi but have used this gochujang paste quite a bit. It has really changed my marinades and opened up a world of flavour --so seriously so that I ended up making gochujang pasta (loved it!). The texture of this paste is great and it is very easy to cook with because it is not too soft but not too thick. I love it when you can use an ingredient bit by bit until you get to the right amount of heat and strength of flavour. I have found the heat level is quite nice. The size of this pot worked great for me as I am not cooking for lots of people and don't use every single day. I have found that as I use it with soy sauce and to create marinades for tofu, it has been good value for money because it has lasted me a bit. 100% recommend.
