Hi, do you have any ito coated plastics thicker than 1mm? seems like the 1" thickness here is the entire package and not the individual sheet

I don't know where you saw the 1" thickness, or it's just a typo... but individual sheet is about 1 mm thick, and no more. Why do you need a thicker one? You can always add this ITO film on top of other non-conducting plastic sheets.

Can this be used to create a membrane switch?

It has high conductivity, so it can be used to serve your purpose. However, it will depend on how you engage it. Also, note that though ITO coating itself is thin (i.e., few hundred nano-meters), the substrate (i.e., the plastic) is thick.

how clear or distorted is the lens?

No distortion, but it does filter the light a little.

what's the resistivity of it?

Our sheets measure 63 ohms/square, although we do not have a standard four point resistivity probe. We instead measured the resistance of a rectangular piece by using copper foil tape with conductive adhesive as bus bars along the edges of the known size. The ohms/sq was then given by (bulk resistance between copper foil strips) times (width of the coated film) divided by (separation length between the copper strips).
