Ok everyone!! I put these cartridges in my HP- 7520 Printer and so far,, ready !!! Perfection!!!!. They work absolutely Great . Now we just have to see the test of time ,but for the price ,, It's a no brainer!!! No more buying HP cartridges for the 4 pack , plus the black cartridge $145.00 Not !!! Over and Out ...

HP software generates a message identifies these cartridges as not authentic HP any time it starts printing. Other than having to reply to this message, works well - I usually buy these. I do not print photos, but for taxes, spreadsheets, recipies or images of items purchased on-line, but this ink works well for me. And it is convenient to buy and use.

I have an HP Photosmart 7520 printer, and had only used the "regular" black ink (not the "photo black") for some time due to cost of replacing all the color cartridges. Decided to try these cartridges that I saw on Amazon for much less money than HP's. Ordered 2 complete sets, and once the first set was installed, found that the yellow ink did not print at all, and the "photo black" barely printed. Others seemed to work well. Despite running multiple cleaning cycles and cleaning heads manually, was unable to get those working, even when I replaced the first set (yellow and photo black) with the second set that I had bought. Called customer service who sent me a replacement shipment within 2-3 days. Unfortunately, installing the newer set (yellow and photo black) that I received from them still did not fix the problem. I now suspect that the problem is really with my printer, not with the ink cartridges. Perhaps it went too long without using those colors and thus permanently gummed up the mechanism(?) In any case, I was very impressed by the customer service process! And I would buy this product again, should I ever have a printer for which they sell ink cartridges.

Perfect replacement for the 564XL in my 7510. Customer service is fast and reliable and the ink lasts very long. If you ever have issues call them or send them an email. They will provide steps to fix or other solutions. Highly recommend 👌

We installed a full suite of Smart Ink Cartridges in our HP Photosmart 6520 printer about 2 weeks ago and the installation was seamless and they are operating very well so far. We have no regrets at this stage.

Bought these for my HP printer. They fit, work well, so much more economical than the overpriced HP cartridges. We will definitely purchase these again.

So far, so good. Only used a couple of times since receiving the inks. For the very little amount of copying and printing that we do, had to go with the cheaper price of this product. Cartridges installed easily, except for the XL black, at first. Took a few tries to make sure it sat in properly. Copies look good. Only time will tell on overall quality and reliability but, for what we do, probably would buy again in the future.

I was skeptical to try another brand of ink besides HP but i really disliked having to pay the outrageous prices they were costing. I found this brand here on Amazon and decided the cost of it and Amazon's return policy was worth giving it a try. Thank goodness I tried it. It was better than I expected. The quality is amazing and honestly I can't really spot any difference between it and the HP ink. I did encounter one hiccup though. Two of the ink cartridges weren't working even after I aligned the printer and cleaned the printhead a few times. So I started an online chat with customer service on the company's main website and they immediately shipped out a new box of ink for me to try. These worked wonderfully with no issues. Their customer service is amazing and it would definitely be one of the reasons i would buy this brand again.
