Amazing stuff! Is helping me feel as normal as possible after stopping my hormonal bc! I switch areas of application & don’t take during my period week. It’s helping with hot cold, mood & relaxation. It has a very earthy peppery smell but I don’t mind it anymore. Just take a little getting used to. Love the benefits. It’s been saving me the last couple weeks. Great quality! Nice glass container too! Worth the price, you don’t need much at all & it will last me awhile even the small jar. Sinks in quite easily. Is a tad greasy so let it soak in before putting clothing on or it will stain.

Good consistency, great smell. I have only used it for a little over a week, but it seems like a great product so far.

This is the best thing that has worked for my perimenopause. My night's sleep has finally been a relief. I haven't had any hot flashes since my purchase.

I do think this helps the night sweats and hot flashes. The texture is creamy and rubs in fairly quickly, not too thick, not too thin, though it is a little greasier than I prefer. It smells very strongly of Rose Geranium. Ordinarily, I like the scent just fine, but wearing it makes me think of my grandma when I was a kid. Now that I’m the grandma, I’m not enthused to smell like her.

I waited a few months before reviewing. I purchased in November and started using twice a day as directed on my wrists, but maybe not as much as suggested and still getting results. I was suffering from hot flashes multiple times throughout the day and getting very hot at night while sleeping causing me to wake up often. Seriously, after two days of application, I have had not one hot flash and am back to wearing all my normal clothes and not just short sleeves or sleeveless in the middle of winter! I would estimate this jar will last 2 1/2 to 3 months. A great price to pay for relief.

I don't want to give it 1 star, because everyone is different and has different side effects. Unfortunately for me, this cream made me SUPER dizzy, to the point I almost blacked out and was stumbling. I googled the ingredients and black cohosh can have that effect (lower your blood pressure), etc. Otherwise, it smells wonderful and was easy to apply! Not greasy at all, felt really great and I feel you get a lot of product for the price. You only need 1/2 a tsp for both wrists. It helped me fall asleep, but I couldn't stay asleep. Smells and feels great.

I’ve used this for a couple of years now. The first few weeks of perimenopause my hormones were a dumpster fire. I had hot flashes all day and all night. Within the first few days of using the yam cream my hot flashes were cut down to just once or twice a day. After a couple months I never had them anymore. And I still don’t! I highly recommend it!

Je viens de commencer a l'utiliser j'aime la texture j'adore l'odeur. J'aime aussi le fait qu'il y a de Actée à grappes noires et du vitex a suivre pour les résultats. A oui ça en prend vraiment pas beaucoup il m'en reste sur les mains et je l'applique sur mon visage. Ça va sûrement durer longtemps Le prix en vaut la peine

I like the feel of this on my skin. A very little goes a long way. Not sure what the heck its doing or supposed to do, but it does make my face feel like the moisture is locked in and my skin feels nourished. A bit greasy but that's the moisture lock I'm guessing. I like it as an overnight cream.
