Appearance of it was very healthy, even though it did have a couple leaves falling off and the color was not super bright, the trunk was perfectly healthy and strong, even though it was thinner because it’s still a baby plant with some heavy growth. The moment I got it into the ground into the sun after about a day or so the colors got solid green and they look extremely healthy as time is passing by. I wasn’t expecting to get two of them since it originally said I was only getting one, but they sent me two. Based off comments, it looks like some people got a Double For the price of one. I’m very happy with that especially when I unexpectedly got a free one. I’ve nothing negative to say. From my understanding. It’s a very quick growing tree, which pretty much would explain why it’s rapidly setting in. Definitely recommend it to anybody.

I ordered 2 trees from them. They both were awful. They were thinner than a pencil and broken. They didn’t look healthy. I sent them back the next day. Ten days later and still no refund. UPS says package was returned to them. I sent the trees back on the 8th and ups says delivered to the seller on the 11 th with photo. What a sham, don’t fall for it. If you really want a good tree and company to order from on Amazon order from Brighter Blooms. They sent us 2 amazing beautiful healthy trees.

Very quick delivery. And what a delight when I opened the well packed box and took out "2" hardy, healthy little trees with lots of green leaves. If a tree can have an attitude, these little fellows were looking proud and eager to strut their stuff. Can't wait to get them planted. It was a very pleasant surprise when I actually received 2 plants, both in excellent condition, for the price of one. This is a really nice bonus surprise, which I had read about being a small percentage possibility, but never considered that I would actually be a customer who would be that fortunate. This was barely 3ft tall, not 4 feet.

I received 2 trees because my first order did not arrive. The seller was kind enough to re-send two trees because the first order of one tree was lost/stolen. They arrived in a little 4 inch pot and wrapped up nicely. But unfortunately one did not make it. I planted them right away because the reviews say they come a little worse for wear but reviews say they came back to life after being planted. Again one is doing well the other tree did not make it. I am hoping the one that made it will thrive and give me shade in days to come...

We were concerned at first because our trees arrived cramped inside a box, the roots in what seemed to us to be tiny containers. But we got them planted right away, watered them well, and they began to perk up quick. We did stake them, though, because they looked scrawny at first. Probably because they're supposed to grow so fast, we think. It didn't take long for us to notice new leaves starting to appear. That's a good sign, so I've read about these (and probably other) plants. We're looking forward to when they're as tall and full as the one in the picture, as the county is going to widen our road soon, and we'll be out several tall trees on both sides of the existing road that have helped protect us from the afternoon and evening sun. We've planted these far enough back that they won't endanger the house (but they shouldn't grow too tall or have heavy enough branches to cause any problems there) and be out of the way of the projected easement. Plus, these trees aren't toxic to animals (I looked this up to make certain, as we have dogs). We are hoping to enjoy these trees for a long, long time to come.

I am so disappointed in this plant that was shipped. Barely any leaves on it. I could have gone down to Lowe’s and got a better plant and less money. Just had higher expectations for what this cost. I will give this 0 rating. Lynn Bell
