Yes it is. I use pork rinds for a low carb breading. Taste and works great.

How much fiber foes it have?

One teaspoon equals 3 gm fiber.

Does anyone know if this psyllium powder turns keto bread purple?

I also feared that it would, judging from other answers, but I've been baking lots of bread with it and it turns out beautifully brown, like what you'd expect to see in a whole wheat bun. (perhaps the slightest hint of purple, but you'd need some imagination to see it)
