It’s crazy how a small tiny square of chewing mint can pack this much of an energy punch. Each one has 50mgs of caffine they sell them stronger and weaker but I find this mg to be the best. Chew 1 piece for a pick me up or chew 2 or 3 for a rush. Great for on the run and on the go and super easy to carry on the go. Keep a pack at work in the locker and a pack in the car. Also the minty flavor lasts decently long so you get the breath fresher part and the energy. I chew it for 5 mins and if needed at that point I’ll spit it out and chew another one but it’s fast acting and hits fast

This stuff is awesome. Most other caffeinated gums and mints have way too much caffeine, the caffeine content in this is more manageable for people that don't drink coffee often or who only consume weakly caffeinated drinks or are smaller and need less. This stuff also makes it easy to pace yourself when you aren't quite so sure how much pep you need to perk up or when you are hoping to still sleep at a reasonable hour. The mint is strong but I don't mind. Other caffeine gums have a bad rap for being bitter but the bitterness here is very mild. These are also sugar free which is great!

Was skeptical but the gum seems to work. If I'm feeling tired at work I chew a peice and it gives me energy in a pinch. The initial mint flavor is okay but like most gum, that flavor is fleeting and goes away quickly.

I cannot say enough, good things about this gum! First of all, it taste amazing! Secondly, it lasts forever and doesn’t get hard and tasteless. But the best part is the energy you get from this gum! It’s a perfect pick me up when your dragging!

This is really effective and the taste is great. I have tried others that I like too, but this one has a better taste than all others. The caffeine is effective without the jittery feeling. Long lasting flavor.

This is my 5th bag of gum. It gives me the energy I need to stay up in my 5+ hour class. My kids a gamer and he finished one of my bags of gum.
