how is it diluted for use?

It is listed on the front label: Dilute 1 ounce per gallon in a bucket for all-purpose (normal) washing. Dilute 3 ounces for extra-strength. And 5 ounces for ultimate power.

Is this for form gun only?

U can use it in a gun or bucket. U add per directions for the amount or cleaning power. The more u add the higher the PH level. Turtle wax sells a product at Wal-Mart that does the same. Think it turtle wax max power.
