I bought this insulin travel case because I wanted something small and easy to carry, and it’s been great so far. I went back to MDI from an insulin pump. This little case is amazing for keeping everything organized. I just throw it in my purse when I'm leaving the house. No, it doesn't keep them cold. I don't even keep the pen I'm using cold so no biggie for me. Correct, it has no place for alcohol pads. Easy enough to keep those in my purse. This is a great product if you are looking for something for your quick acting insulin. It would not be ideal for someone wanting to use it for extended travel.

I've been using this for a few weeks now, and I really like it. I use it to hold ReliOn pen needles as well as a Lantus SoloStar pen. I did add a piece of 3/4" closed cell foam inside the lid of the pen holding side so the pen doesn't rattle around inside the case. The lid on the pen side clicks closed confidently while the needle tray seems to be more of a pressure fit, but I haven't had it come open in my bag or pocket yet. It does a really good job protecting the contents. I like that you can put the used pen needles back into the tray for safety until you can get to a sharps container. Overall it looks good, works well, and travels great.

Kinda hard to open the pen side. Doesn't hold very many needles. Other than that good

Bought this for a diabetic in my life to keep everything organized and available while traveling. If your diabetic loves a ziploc bag carry case just get them one or two of these instead! Game changer and way more protected. It is not a cooler though so be aware of that before purchasing!

This container is amazing! I wish I had found it sooner, it’s so convenient for traveling and keeping it right in my purse. No more digging for the pen and a tip, this stores them conveniently together and helps keep the insulin cool. Win win!! I live in Florida and I can’t tell you how many times I have forgotten my bag in the car while I ran in the store, which resulted in hot insulin that’s no longer as affective.
