Taste good but my son didn’t notice a difference.

I purposely take this when im tired to sleepy to see if it will wake me up and it does!! I carry it with me when I have class in case I get sleepy. These are prefect to take to wake yourself up. These aren't sugary at all. I dont like the other flavor other than peppermint. Its easy on the stomach and doesnt make the stomach hurt at all. Doesn't have any side effects as far as I have taken it. Not crash after taking them either. Perfect best gum.
