Curcumin in large but easily swallowed capsules
Delivered on time and well packaged. They give a daily dose about twice the amount commonly recommended. Who knows if it works?

Excellent value turmeric supplement. The capsules are easy to take and don’t have an overpowering smell or aftertaste, which is a big plus. I like that it includes black pepper for absorption, and I’ve noticed a real difference in how my joints feel with regular use. The high strength means you don’t need to take lots of capsules. Will definitely reorder. But make sure you wash your hands after touching them 😂

Reduce acne
I am taking 1 daily (less than recommended serving) and noticed the difference. Less acne inflammation and reduced sugar cravings to a certain extent. Good quality curcumin but does stain fingers when in contact. Will purchase again
