How to use Unicook Large Pizza Stone 22 inch?
It is important to know that unpreheated pizza stones can't cook evenly. Preheat before placing on stones.
1. Place the pizza stone itself in the middle of the oven or grill, preheat at 260 degrees Celsius for about 30 minutes.
2. Sprinkle flour or cornmeal over the stone to create a non-stick surface.
3.Put both the stone and pizza back into the grill or oven, close the grill lid and cook the pizza for 10-12 minutes.
4. Check in half to make sure the pizza doesn't overheat.
5. When the crust turns brown, remove the pizza from the stone. You can enjoy it at once.

Caring For Cordierite Pizza Stone
1. Allow the stone to completely cool before washing.
2.Do not use soap or detergent on the stone. Leaves soap aftertaste.
3.Hand wash with warm water.
4.Use a scraper, brush or nylon pad to remove excess food.
5.Dry the stone thoroughly in the oven after washing.
6. Store the stones in a clean and dry place.
