Toys from my childhood are now called replicas.
Well, I use old pistol replicas as fidgets. Keep my hands buys when im at home and bored. Ive had nearly a dozen of them. This is the 2nd nicest one ever. Especially if you wrap heavy white tape around the grip. Adds weight and grip. Fantastic rep. Reminds me of the toys we used to play with as kids.

AAA+ all around
Had people fooled who even know guns. Excellent.

Dummy Colt 1873 SSA revolver
It has a heft like a real revolver but won't accept the Denix 45 Colt dummy cartridges. Action is a bit rough. Revolver does appear as real revolver when in a holster. Decent static display only revolver.

Very cool
Awesome

Denex Frontier replica
The revolver is a beatiful gun, the trigger is a little loose but I still like it, you cock the hammer and pull the trigger and fire, the cylinder rotates as well.

Poor quality
Not worth the money. It is heavy but the quality is not good. The screws fell out and the trigger broke within a few days.

fragile.
too expensive for the quality. The mechanical parts are loose and flimsy, this thing will break if you cock the hammer or cycle the action too many times. The metal isn't convincing enough for a display piece. The weight is realistic if you want to use it in a costume or to train gun spinning or something like that but for maybe 100 more you could just get a uberti colt clone or something that will survive being dropped. Worth it at 30 or 40 dollars, not its current price.
