I received 4 batteries in a bag. Not in a sealed box or packaging. Just 4 opened batteries freely floating in a bag. Unacceptable

Package in good conditions. No damage of the battery. I noticed that the 4 batteries were flat with 0% charge so I may assume it was stored for long time and lost its charge. Not sure. I will check the performace. I bought it cause I think the brand is well known and in business for many years. I hope i will go well.
