Easy to install and looks amazing
When I received this, I initially had misgivings as to how much privacy they would actually give, since the film looks clear when you open it. I was afraid that if I cut the film to try it on my windows, I wouldn't be able to return it if it didn't give me the privacy I wanted. The company contacted me to check I had received my purchase safely, and they reassured me that I could try out the film, and that if not entirely satisfied, they would accept a return and give me a full refund - you can't ask for more than that! I was very pleased with the end result. I could say that the film gives at least 90% privacy. Someone would have to press their face up to the glass to try to peer in and even then, they wouldn't be able to see much. The colours you can see when sunlight hits the film are absolutely beautiful - I often catch myself admiring them throughout the day. I have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend this seller and product.

The best brand I’ve used to date…and I’ve used a few
I’ve used quite a lot of mirror film on windows over the years, and having moved recently I wanted to do the windows next to our front door in the hall. The glass was still quite see-through despite being frosted/privacy, and we get the full force of the sun in the mornings and it can be quite bright (and hot) especially in the warmer months. This is the first time using this brand/make and I’m quite honestly impressed at the decent quality of the product. A lot of them have a clear film/cover which you peel off, and it then has a tacky/slightly adhesive side. You only get one sticker to help peel off the said backing, which I did feel was a little disappointing especially as I was using the length I’d bought to cut into two window length. I did managed to use the sticker on the second window section, but it wasn’t that easy to peel off from the first backing if I’m being honest. You get a small spray bottle included, and I mean so small you’d have to keep constantly refilling it if you were doing a large window, which I wasn’t expecting. A retractable craft knife, and a squeegee you need to fit together in order to use it. I didn’t bother with the bottle or squeegee. So used an empty household cleaning spray bottle (any will do as long as it’s clean and you put water in it. I didn’t rate the squeegee at all, found it really awkward to use, so went back to my faithful handy red credit card like red squeegee that has a felt cover on one side that I’ve used multiple times, and also when applying self adhesive vinyl. The knife did come in handy though. I would recommend using a small pair of sharp scissors too, especially when cutting each corner. Use the squeegee to run along the edges to create a crease, then lift the mirror film slightly and cut along the creases. The number of times the corners have torn on these films when applying I’ve lost count! You then can re-wet that corner and place the film back and use the squeegee to remove the excess water. I would also recommend using a rolled up towel to lay at the bottom of each window which catches any excess water. In terms of effectiveness in blocking any outside views looking in. If you were to stand up close to the film on the inside, you can still make out a shape when looking in from the outside. Even on a semi/cloudy day. Oh a high sun day, that visibility is reduced obviously. But in a semi/cloudy day if you were to stand about a foot away from the mirror film on the inside, someone on the outside won’t be able to see you at all. Obviously with a light on, that would change. It’s definitely reduced the glare/brightness on a really sunny day, so looking forward to see what it does come the summer. We still have plants in the hall, so want some sunlight in, but not the hot glaring sun. In terms of application, this mirror film is definitely one of the easiest ones I’ve applied. It’s nice and thick, and easy to position in place, especially if you spray enough water on both the glass and the mirror film. The thickness proved its worth especially after peeling off the clear backing film. I’ve lost count when I’ve done that and the film has stuck to itself, then I’ve struggled to pull it apart, so either had to throw it away, or when I did managed to pull it apart to make it flat again, it caused creases, which then showed on the surface even when using a squeegee to try and make it flat when in position on the window. This stuff doesn’t. It’s nice and thick and doesn’t crease at all, which makes applying it all the more easier. We eventually plan to do another couple of our windows and will definitely be using this stuff again.

Effective and easy to fit on windows
Been using this one way window mirror film awhile now , and its great for privacy from nosy parker neighbours and passers by. Also gives UV protection and keeps heat inside longer. Everything you need comes with each roll , cutting to size is made easier by the markings on the protective film , and seriously , putting this on windows is so easy , just follow instructions the first time and it becomes 2nd nature. Great price per roll too , you just need to measure up your window and order the appropriate sized roll for your needs. Definitely recommend these one way mirror rolls but be advised that its great and effective daytimes but at night and when the light inside is greater than outside , it does allow people to see in so either shut your curtains or dont.

Looks great - just make sure you have a metal rule and a super sharp knife!
Love the look of these - exactly like the photos. Frosted enough to give some privacy, whilst allowing enough light in not to darken the place. The subtle colour highlights as the sun shines through is particularly nice. Fitting wasn't too bad - you just need a load of soapy water to stick these in place - the only part I initially struggled with was trimming the edges. 1) You really do need a super sharp knife (eg a craft knife, or a stanley knife), you also need to line the knife up with a metal ruler so that you can cut along a straight edge. If you don't do this you'll end up with horrible ragged edges, so make sure you have a ruler to hand!

Would definitely recommend transform your windows!
I bought these for my summer house windows which are actually plastic and they have transformed my windows which now look amazing, and even better when the sun shines through them to project pretty colours! Really easy to install and cut to size too. Can also be taken off and moved if required as good quality material.

Okay
It was alright, however it doesn’t come with instruction, and it was fin for my liking. People can stay still see inside the house. It doesn’t do much black out. But then again it might be cause of the design
