Cheaply made.
Very light weight. Hung it outside and it got wet. Red is bleeding all over the white. Looks terrible. Don’t buy it unless you’re hanging it inside.

Does what it should, just barely
Well, it floats, and you can throw it. But that's about it. This ring bouy is very lightweight (hard to throw) and of obviously cheap construction. I suppose it will work for a near-shore or near-boat rescue, but I woudn't buy it again, opting instead for a more capable alternative.

Not A Quality Product
We hung this where it got 6+ hours of Arizona sun. The red strip, outer cover, and surrounding rope quickly fell off.

Dry nice though a little pricey
Cute child size floatation ring that we use for decoration by our pool. Cute and well made though the price off all these type rings seems overpriced.
