After a lot of research, I ordered this one above others, in spite of the unknown and highly unusual brand name of Oakevlp, largely because of each of the contents. I usually avoid all strawberry-flavored items (uh, other than real strawberries :) but the flavor is really very nice. I was enjoying them as a treat at 3:00 every day, between lunch & dinner, when my nutritionist shockingly advised me that L-Glutathione has to be taken on a completely EMPTY stomach, namely first thing in the morning, to get the full benefit. Ok so now 5 a.m. I pop one, let it kind of melt away, then have a cup of tea; a liquid is w/o sugar allowable, just no food, for at least one hour. I also cut the high dosage in half by only taking one per day; that gives 1250 instead of 2500mg, which is sufficient for my body weight. Time will tell re skin & energy improvements, have only had them one week. Thank you AMAZON for another outstanding product!

I take glutathione in capsule form on a daily basis since it is a strong anti-oxidant. I did a lot of research and concluded that glutathione has so many positive properties and as I get older my body does not produce as much as it did when in my youth. I am glad I found it in gummy form since it is so much more convenient to take and very tasty. The gummies are easy to chew. They do not stick to the roof of my mouth and I have not experienced any negative effects.

The Liposomal Glutathione gummies are easy to chew and have a decent flavor. The gummies are a little firmer than other gummy vitamins I've had in the past, but they aren't as sticky and don't get stuck in your teeth. The daily serving seems a little high according to online research so I only take 1 a day instead of two. I'm saw a little improvement in my energy level after about 2 weeks of taking these. The price is average for this kind of gummy vitamin.
