Quality, natural ingredients and effective. This is the second bottle that I ordered. I have noticed a change for the better in my arthritic knees.

Helped alleviate pain. Also swiching from boots to slip on shoes made a big difference.

Unfortunately it didn't do anything for me and I took it for 3-4 months and no relief of pain.

No noticing any difference. Doesn't seem to do anything. Maybe it takes longer than a week for it to kick in, but so far nothing. Giving 3 stars because it just may be something that works over time.

I have been slowly working my way around repainting the whole house. Before I started these, my hands would be so sore the next couple of days after a day of painting. I have been taking them for about 2 weeks now and have noticed such a difference! My hands are still a little sore, but nothing too bad and not nearly as swollen as they had been before.
