This puppy works!!!!!
This puppy works. Now, it must be said that I did not try out the cheaper versions, I remembered how much I hated my anti-grinding device from college years, and decided I would go with this quite a bit more expensive one bc it seemed it would be of excellent quality and fit and spending that much money would scare me into using it. I agree with every review that I read prior to purchase and that it fits shockingly well. I am supposed to have a sleep study for obstructive apnea but insurance has been a nightmare so I decided to be proactive and start treating myself already. My nose doesn't work due to deviated septum and overgrown turbinates. I have started snoring in the last few years, probably because I have to sleep in a recliner in order for my sinuses to drain so I don't get a headache in the middle of the night. After 2 years of that my blood pressure was through the roof, and now they suspect sleep apnea. Back to the appliance... Fitting it was so simple. Do make sure you have the strap facing the right direction when you attach it to the top, cuz if you don't it will not attach to the bottom sides. Other than that, the process was over in less than 10 minutes. Yes, you will drool like a baby. But every night I drool a little less, as promised. Just take a hand towel to bed. I have a slight over by so started off with the longest strap as directed. One front tooth is slightly forward of the other, so it does take a bit in the morning but every night that improves as well. It definitely is pulling my draw forward. I have used this four nights now, and have had only one very slight snoring incident, whereas I used to snore like a train all night long. I am going to use the next shortest strap. I'm allowed back in bed now! It does take a little while to fall asleep, but I did sleep much longer and more unbroken each night. Yes you can drink with this in, but I recommend a straw once you are in bed. And maybe walk around with it an hour before you go to bed the first time to get used to how it moves. I would absolutely recommend this as an anti-snoring device. I have no jaw pain. The first night I had difficulty closing my lips, but I think that was just fear. My mouth is shutting just fine now when my nose occasionally clears!

Snoring is GONE, I am a Customer For Life
Okay, so I NEVER leave reviews, but I really had to for this one. I've tried a couple of other mouth guards and HATED them. They were bulky and left me all drooly, and fell out as soon as I fell asleep. But I was finally at the end of my rope, my watch was alerting me to possible apnea, and was feeling exhausted all the time no matter how long I was in bed. Even I could tell I was snoring myself awake when I tried to take a nap in the middle of the day. So I had a discussion with ChatGPT, of all things, which recommended this product. It was twice what I'd spent previously, but I figured it was this or an CPAP machine, and it had a money-back guarantee, so what did I have to lose? I followed the instructions. Watch the video all the way through for sure, it's full of helpful information. It was cooler in the house, so I should have used the "boil an additional 20 seconds" guide for fitting. I had to redo the top mouthpiece, which made me nervous because you can only redo them three times. But I got what I thought was a good fit, and tried it that night. First night: slept for a couple of hours, then my teeth were hurting, so I took it out. Second night: slept all night, but my teeth were... tender? The next morning. BUT! Holy cow did my sleep apnea chart show a major difference! The thing basically eliminated my snoring. At this point, I didn't care if it shifted all my teeth, but I was also pretty sure that's not how it was supposed to work, so since they stress that if you have any trouble, you should contact customer support, I did. On a Sunday. I didn't expect to hear back for a couple of days, but I did that same day. I got several helpful things to try (go down a size on the straps, redo the molding process), and they said not to worry if I had to mold a few times, they could send replacement molds so I could get it right. This thing has a LOT of ways to adjust, so it really can take a bit of time to figure it out, but I think that's also why it works for so many people. It's really well thought out, and the straps can both/either position your jaw and/or just keep your mouth mostly closed, which I think is half the battle for me. Amazing customer service. Definitely reach out to them if you have ANY problems. They were quite responsive and seem to genuinely care. I've fiddled with the settings a bit, and think I'm almost there. Really, you're supposed to use it a couple of hours for a few nights before you sleep to let your jaw adjust, so some of what I'm doing wrong is user error. But knowing that I can NOT snore is too tempting to pass up. As a side effect, my husband, who is a terrible sleeper, got three consecutive days of "perfect sleep" on HIS watch, because "someone" is not tossing and turning next to him due to being snorted awake 90 times a night. So it's like a two-for-one product! I've attached the graph of my sleep disturbances. You can see the last four days, where I started using the mouth guard. This this really is the silver bullet I was looking for. For me, it's comfortable enough that I can sleep with my mouth closed, lips closed. It does not make me drool at all, but I know that's not the case for everyone. Seriously, if you're at all wondering, you really do get what you pay for, and this thing is worth is. It's valid for many of those health account spending categories, and it comes with a 120-night money-back guarantee. Yes, I don't know if it'll work for you, but I definitely know it might, and if you were as tired as I was, that is enough to make it worth a shot.

It stops your mouth from opening thereby no snoring.
I decided to try this mouth guard. I watched the instructions (Video) carefully a few times before I attempted, and it molded and fit as described. I've been using this for about 2 weeks and am surprised that this mouth guard actually works. It keeps my mouth closed and I breathe through my nose all night. I seem to mostly sleep all night without waking up. The piece stops me from snoring and somehow I thinks it helps with my sleep apnea. The first 2 nights there was a slight discomfort but that is over. I don't even notice much when it's in place. No soreness, no pain. It really works.
