Has anyone used this to cover a regular extension cord?

Haven’t used it over an extension cord, but as long as you don’t intend to use it where it could be stepped on, it should work fine

Is this suitable for outdoor?

Can i use this outside on brick?

It uses adhesive to mount to the wall, I do not consider it weather proof. Although maybe a different application could be used in outside wall.

Installed over an extension cord with outlets, you would not be able to slide off cover. Can you snap off cover if you want to add a cord after?
