One of the best cocoa powder I had. Also it doesn’t say Dutch processed but it is. Taste is very smooth and good for tiramisu

I use this cocoa powder in our homemade ice cream that we sell as a small business. Customers love the flavour. It's dark, rich and flavourful. Only one complaint. I HATE the bags they come in. Terrible quality. No matter how you open them, they split wide open all the way down the side. I now pour the contents into a sealable tub container, as soon as I open it, so that I don't have problems with the powder spilling everywhere.
