East to use and also effective, brought it yesterday and tried it !!! The 9 modes of vibration help in cramps and the levels are also good !! As charge it first then use it. I noticed the battery of it is drained after you use it on higher mode but overall it is a good product and helpful too!!!!

The heating is good, but the vibration mode is what I like most. It really helps with my lower back pain during my period. It’s soft, comfortable, and very easy to use.
