就寝前に痛めた肩に塗り込んでます。回復が早まった気がします

肩こりがひどいので調べたらDMSOが筋弛緩作用や消炎作用があり マグネシウムオイルは筋肉のリフレッシュ効果があるそうです。 両方が一緒に入っているので効きそうだと思い購入してみました。 良く伸びて数滴で十分に広がりました。 まだ１回しか使っていませんが塗った翌日朝にだいぶ肩の こわばりが軽減し楽になりました。 特に肌荒れしたりしないので様子を見ながら使おうと思います。 商品自体は注文してから外来郵便にて15日で届きました。 発送連絡から10日くらいしないと荷物追跡できないので注意！

I sometimes mix my own DMSO with magnesium oil, but this is somehow even better! Just a great combination with multiple benefits, I always notice if I miss a day. I apply topically, for pain and constipation without any itching.

Wanted to stop using this straight away but kept trying to give it a go, I’ve never tried something that cause more pain and discomfort. Very disappointing given the price and I purchased 2, 1 for my mum and 1 for myself.
