Webber Naturals Biotin Extra Strength 10,000 mcg, 120 Capsules

I’ve been taking this biotin daily and started seeing results faster than I expected. My nails are growing stronger and don’t peel or break nearly as much anymore, and my hair feels thicker and healthier overall. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach. I also like that the bottle lasts a long time, so it’s a great value for the price. If you’re looking to support hair and nail growth, this one has worked really well for me and I plan to keep using it.

They've been selling supplements since 1948, which in itself, speaks volumes about their products. What I also appreciate about this company is their commitment to environmental safety and sustainability, as well as utilizing locally grown, Canadian ingredients whenever possible. And their focus on product efficacity and exceeding quality standards for purity across the board makes them an even better choice. Exercise caution, though, these gummies are way too delicious! (the best I've ever eaten) And it's a very good thing they come in child-proof containers, as not all brands do. It's very important to take no more than the recommended one gummy/day, unless your doctor suggests otherwise. They are, after all, a high potency Vitamin B7 at 10,000 mcg. per gummy. Another word of caution is to remember that biotin can interfere with thyroid blood tests and skew their measurements, which could lead to a misdiagnosis or mismanagement of a thyroid condition. It's highly recommended to stop taking biotin for at least 48 hours prior to thyroid function blood tests. I learned of this from personal experience and wished I had known earlier. Checking with your doctor prior to starting a regimen of these is probably a good idea, as well. I ordered these in October 2025 and the expiry date on the bottle is June 2027 (as if they'd last even a small fraction of that time!) I suggest purchasing the 30 gummy bottle in larger sizes, as it's far more economical. I think Amazon's packaging is improving. This order arrived very well protected and, as always, their shipping time was excellent. I've been buying biotin for several decades, now, because they obviously work well to create healthier hair, skin and nails. What I can't attest to, but is good to know, is the fact that biotin is also crucial for metabolizing fats, carbohydrates and proteins. I will continue buying this gummy format here, especially since I previously purchased Webber Naturals Biotin 10,000 mcg in their capsule format, and unfortunately, I had issues with their size. They are 20.9 mm long and it's the largest size of any biotin supplement I've ever taken. I had difficulty swallowing them. The fact that this actual dosage is provided in a gummy format is wonderful, and I'll continue buying them here!

There's a million Biotin products out there. But this is a good price point and it works. My hair was falling out badly and I took this and it help a lot. Results in about 2 weeks for me, personally. Not sure if it helped with new growth, but it definitely helped with sustaining and slowing down the falling out.
