will these work for cold processed soap?

In the description of the product is stated the following: "Soap Making Dye: shimmering mica powder can be a great soap colorant which makes it an excellent choice for soap making, with the exception of cold process soap"...........They are very clear with "With the exception of cold process soap" I am in the process of ordering this product either for Melt and Pour soap making or Polymer Clay craft.

When used in bath bombs, will this stain the tub? Or skin in soap?

I ahve used many of these packs of color for bubble bars and they have not stained my tub, my skin, or my towels. I also use polysorbate-80 in the bubble bars which helps the mica not leave a ring on the tub.
