This is my new version of AquaTru with the Carafe, I have had the older version of AquaTru, we decided to go with this new one. It is not only beautiful, I tested the PH perfect! Water tastes great and filters microplastics WOW. No after taste of chlorine or fluoride from tap water. I hope Amazon always will have the filters. I feel reassured this water is healthy, glass pitcher, not plastic! Easy to change filters, clear instructions. Thank you. AquaTru

Absolutely terrible. The filter arrived faulty, with a hole in the bottom of it which caused it to leak all over my kitchen and floor, causing huge damage. I contacted the manufacturer in the USA and they advised me to return it due to a manufacturing fault. After returning it with great difficulty, the seller refused to give me a full refund and has kept the majority of my money even though it was damaged during manufacturing. I have complained to Amazon and have tried to get a refund through them and after more than 3 weeks of chasing them up, I still haven't got my full refund. I really regret buying this from this seller and wish I could turn back the clock and reverse my decision. Avoid buying this at all costs!

Some water remains after filtering, but it’s dirty water from the filtration process and should be discarded. 2. Remove the carafe before placing the tank back onto the unit to avoid fighting the vacuum pressure created by the pump. 3. Make sure all filters are fully seated before operating the purifier. Overall, this is a well-designed, reliable countertop water purifier that delivers excellent results without installation hassles. If you’re dealing with unpleasant-tasting tap water and want a simple, apartment-friendly solution, the AquaTru Carafe is absolutely worth it.

Got it set it up ready to go then look at plug that wont plug in the UK nothing in the manual or anywhere else how has someone used this in the UK? spoke to aquatru and they said they do not sell through amazon so where have these aquatru carafe's come from? how comes amazon US are selling them, and they should come with adaptors for UK usage, which mine didnt. Are these dodgy products. Starting to think amazon is getting iffy to buy from, third item that hasnt been good recently. Maybe amazon isnt what it was. Do these products come with a warranty?
