I ordered it to help me relax, sleep better, and reduce bloating. I've felt better and lost 5 pounds. I feel lighter, and although I don't sleep through the night, it helps me relax. But I've read that you shouldn't take it if you don't need it, so I stopped.

I have not see any difference and almost took all the pills

Been taking for over 30 days. Felt less stressed which was wonderful, however, I have been experiencing headaches at about two weeks into taking it. Did not realize it was from supplement until I started reading reviews.

Great product. It has no smell really. It has helped with mood improvement and somewhat helps with pain relief. I highly recommend this product.

The jury is still out, as I just took my first dose with a meal and within about 5-7 minutes felt incredibly nauseous, I might even throw up. Looks like I might have a sensitivity to the ashwagandha and may need to rerun this product. Update: didn’t throw up but felt pretty bad for about 2 hours. Fortunately the company refunded my money right away so their customer service is great! Wish it would have worked out for me.

Although these are pricey, I can definitely see a difference when I take them. I have tried other Costisol products, this by far works the best.
