活性型が一番利用率がいいので購入してます。 しかし、カプセルが大きいのでなれないと飲みにくいです

さすが海外サプリ。 日本のサプリがアホらしくなるぐらいの配分量で笑いました。 ただ、サプリは効果を実感しにくいので、これだけの量を摂っても分からないです！ ただ、日本のを使うよりはいいでしょうね。

ビタミンBは相互作用があるので単体よりも複合がいいとのこと。こちらは活性型ビタミンᗷなので吸収もよさそうです。ビタミンなのでまだハッキリと効果はわかりませんが期待して飲み続けます。

I notice my energy levels are much better when I’m taking these b vitamins. They are bio-active, so you know your body is better able to absorb them. The quality is great, great value for the money. I also like that they have inositol & PABA to help with absorption.
