今までも何種類かシナモンを試しましたが、この商品が一番クセのある味という気がします。 しかし決して不味いとかではなく、十分この風味を楽しんでいます。

身体にいいと聞いたので買ってみました。 大量にあるので、惜しげなくバンバン使えます。

Several articles I read recently bragged about the exploding taste and healthful benefits of Saigon or Vietnamese Cinnamon. Frankly, I was skeptical; however, I had no reason what so ever to be weary. This is the finest cinnamon I have ever had bar none. No other "gourmet" cinnamon can match it. When the top was taken off it had an overpowering smell of cinnamon. To be fair we too the lid off of a brand new "gourmet" brand and could barely smell cinnamon. The results out of the pot were equally as unbelievable. The first recipe was a simple and easy fried apple recipe and we have never had fried apples that tasted so great and full of flavor. Mind you the flavor did not take our breaths away it just said "I am here for you to enjoy" and enjoy we did. The cinnamon in the Pumpkin Cheese Cake opened a new era of taste in this household and one that we will cherish for quite some time. Too bad we did not know about it sooner. I mentioned the health benefits but not having any credentials to support those benefits it would be inappropriate to discuss them. It is safe to say that recognized authors support the benefits. It sure would be nice to have an unbelievable tasting additive that had side benefits. Wow!

For some time, I had wondered what had happened to the cinnamon from my youth! I did not realise that there were different varieties or areas that had different tastes. There is no way that I will get though this large pot before it starts deteriorating, but it was worth the cost to have this wonderful smell and taste back in my cookery.

I often wondered how much better can this be than other gourmet cinnamon. I'm writing to tell you there is a difference; you have to taste it yourself to believe it. I will never use any other brand of cinnamon again. I made homemade cinnamon rolls today & this cinnamon made a world of difference in the taste of my cinnamon rolls. My DH asked me what I did differently this time and I told him it was the cinnamon; he gave me a frowned look and didn't believe it until I put some of this cinnamon in some unsweetened applesauce for him to eat. He is now a believer too!! You also get a lot of cinnamon for the money. I will share this with a neighbor. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
