I saw this acrylic box and its large measurements (8" square) and suspected there was no way to pull off the feat of this big of box staying together and having clear seams without gobs of adhesive oozing. Or just falling apart upon holding it. But they did it! WOW is all I can say because those seams are tight, they don't ooze a thing, it's solid. It's big too. It's the size I was looking and looking for and this fit in my space perfectly. The lid actually works too! No squeaking setting it on the box or removing it. In fact, you can turn the lid upside down and set the box in it. This could be used for so many different things, but it would be amazing for an engagement ring. I mean it's an acrylic BOX with lid! And 5,000 stars for not shipping this covered in that awful peel-off protective film. Whoo hoo!!! Just a simple plastic sleeve bag. The box was clean, fingerprint-less--perfect. It's expensive but it comes to you in one piece, no assembly, clean, no work of peeling film and it is a standout! If you have a need for such an item, this is a winner.

This is a very nice, almost-as-clear-as-glass acrylic storage box with a lid that fits on it perfectly. It's a relatively thick cut of acrylic -- it feels nice and sturdy, stackable, it's not a cheap bendy sort of plastic at all. I really like boxes like this where you can keep thing organized and easily tuck the box away in a closet or shelf -- but still be able to quickly see everything inside of it, so it's easy to remember/see what you've stored where. The only real negative with this box is that's pricey for a plain plastic box -- and although good acrylic can be relatively strong and while looking glass-like, it can also smudge and scratch pretty easily. However, as far as see-through boxes go, it'd be hard to beat this one.
