Best Dress Watch for Men
This was my Father's Day gift from my wife, which I picked out. I have to say, the watch is so elegant and classy, but also has a very manly look to it, quite unlike most of dress watches in the market. It goes well with my suits and casual attires. First time owing a German-made, and I love it. The band is top quality leather. No cutting corners. One thing that I have to mention is that the color of the dial is not consistent with the ad pics. I bought a black dial, but found out it was more charcoal with slight reflections. Depends on the angle that you're viewing from, sometimes it's very hard to tell the time. Overall, I love the watch and looking to by more Zeppelins if I get a chance (hopefully, with lighter color dials). Highly recommend it!

Great look and feel
I love this watch because it just looks great, and the wrist band is super comfortable. The hands are a little hard to see and the date is occasionally off by a day, but come on people, this is primarily a fashion accessory. I would definitely buy again, but only if I could get the same price I got when the Euro sort of crashed several weeks ago (around $330).

Great Watch
I like vintage watches and this one is an excellent representation of a by gone era. It looks great and is priced well.

Great design, great watch
It is one of the best looking and functioning watches I have purchased within this price range. My watch enthusiast friends complement constantly and they collect expensive watches. I highly recommend this watch.

Complicated face is hard to read, alarm is unwieldy to use, but watch has high quality materials.
Probably the best watch, and most expensive, I've ever owned. It's well made and fits the descriptions you see on Amazon and the Graf website. It's a complicated watch with all its chronograph functions, which I only have need of about three times a year. If you don't often use these functions, you are well advised not to lose the instructions that come with the watch. It's a fine German watch design with Swiss movement. The watch face is difficult to read. The chronograph functions are very small; you'll need your reading glasses and good light to read it. Also, the hour and minute hands "get lost" among all the functions on the face which are made of similar looking materials of the same hues. There is an alarm on this watch, which entails aligning it with the reference time, which is an invisible time reference that "runs in the background" according to the instructions. When I first got the watch I was overwhelmed by all the functions and did not bother to figure out how to set the alarm. Yesterday I spent about an hour and figured it out. It's not an easy set as it would be on a digital watch; it's complicated and non-intuitive.. So the only way I'm going to use the alarm is if the alarm is extremely important. I can't imagine using the alarm several times a day or for a Scrabble game, for example. It's just not worth the trouble. Still, the watch is decent despite these flaws in design. I may be hypercritical.

Looks Very Different in Person
I bought this because I really liked the clean look, and the contrast of the bright white hands against the deep, dark, black face. However, I was super disappointed when I received it. The face is more of a dark silver-gray, and the hands are more like a dirty off-white. Because of this, not only didn't the watch look like I expected it to, it was incredibly hard to read the time, and from a distance didn't have the 'pop' I thought it would. I immediately decided that I was going to send it back. I will say that the chronograph was pretty cool with the 24-hour timer capability, and the alarm feature was cool, and, you could actually hear the alarm quite clearly on this vs. the Seiko Flightmasters I've had in the past. I'm actually a little sad about sending it back because I really like the chrono feature, and especially the alarm feature, but, the look just wasn't there at all. I'm more into mechanical watches - either hand-wind or automatic - or Seiko Kinetics (which are actually quarts like this one, but have a somewhat of an automatic 'feel' to them due to the spinning rotor that charges them). This watch was recommended on some watch forums as an inexpensive way to fill the desire for an Omega Speedmaster, which is about a $3500 watch. I was just going for the 'look'. And in the pictures it's a little similar. But it felt so light and cheap, I've forgotten what a 'fashion' watch feels like as my watches have gotten more expensive over time. This one felt just like any old cheap Invicta I had back in my early days of watch collecting. In the end, I've decided to get the Bulova Moonwatch on a bracelet. Another quartz, but with some history behind it (at least according to Bulova's probably embellished marketing), and the Bulova looks much, much more like the Omega Speedmaster I really would like. The Bulova will have to fill my Speedmaster void until my kid is out of college, or until I find $3500 in the sidewalk - whichever co,es first!

Beautiful watch, very well crafted. The 42mm diameter feels smaller than it is, it will fit a variety of wrist sizes without looking too small or too big. The leather band is well crafted but seems to be made for people with huge arms, I had to add a hole to fit my very average 7.25" wrist.
