The case arrived promptly. The instructions were good. I used the front with the screen protector and the touch screen on my phone functioned well until my antiglare screen cover arrived then I went to the open front frame. This is a full encasement setup so it is more protective than elegant. Protection is great but the nonslip edge cushioning minimizes the need for that protection and is almost as valuable. It saves embarrassment from the phone slip sliding away, priceless! I also like the protection the case provides for the camera suite of lenses and flash. I chose the forrest over green model as it goes well with the yellow back on my phone that is well displayed by the clear back cover. One warning, once the case is on the phone, it is stubbornly on the phone doing its job. It won't just fly off if it is dropped as some shell cases can do. But.... this means removing it is not easy, not that you will need to that often. Great case, well designed and functional.

Poetic makes great cases, period. They fit very tightly and the inclusion of two frames - one with a built in screen protector and one without - is a great inclusion. If there's a mark against this case, it has to do with the fingerprint reader portion of the screen protector. It collects lint and dust very easily. With my other phone, this caused me to install my own screen protector underneath the blank frame.

Poetic cases are definitely a little on the expensive side, but they are so worth the price. I bought this case for my husband's new phone because I have the same case on one of mine. I have had that case for several years, and it's still holding strong. It has some scratches on the back, and that's it. Functionally, it's as good as the day I bought it. So when it was time to buy a really good case for my husband's new phone, I knew it was going to be a Poetic case. It does take a little effort to put on, especially the first few times. But that's normal and natural. It fits perfectly, and the edge is a material that is grippy so it doesn't slip from your hands. The cases are a little plain for my tastes, but my husband doesn't care and I use stickers to jazz mine up. The most important thing is after years of use and dropping here and there, my phone has absolutely no damage at all. Not a single screen crack. Poetic cases are definitely an excellent choice if the most important thing to you is protecting your phone. I cannot recommend them enough!

This is a great case where you can display your back of your phone effortlessly you could also print out a photograph and stickers blah blah blah The race part around the camera is perfect so that the camera doesn't get damaged I mean I would put a screen protector on there anyways but it does a pretty good job the case is easy to pull on and off and there are two options where you can have the frame and not the plastic in the middle you just get your own screen protector and put it on and then you have the option where it's the frame a lighter color area and it comes with a built-in screen protector. The only flaw I would say that it has is dirt gets underneath of the pre-made screen protector near the front facing camera. It does come with an area to recognize fingerprints if you don't want that on that already pre-made screen protector you can peel it off just use something soft plastic and peel that part off Other than that it's freaking fantastic highly recommend

I purchased a Samsung Galaxy A16. Not one of their flagship models. So I understand why the selection of cases is limited. I am not really into looks when it comes to a case, unlike my daughter who likes her CASETiFY cases. I like a more rugged heavy duty case. I have used several Otterbox Defenders over the years. Well, no Otterbox Defender for this one. I tried an Otterbox Commuter series but there were issues with the piece of the case near the on/off button flopping and not staying solid against the phone. I have purchased POETIC items for a variety of different items over the years, e.g., Kindles and phones, so when I came across this one, I figured I would give it a try. I took a chance on this case and have been EXTREMELY pleased. I like the two tone blue color. It comes with two frame options, one with a screen protector and one without. So far it has been great. I don't tend to be too hard on my phones, so I don't have any experience with harsh conditions or dropping the case, but it seems to provide solid protection. The corners are reinforced, the edges are textured to provide a good grip, and the covered buttons still respond well. The area around the on/off switch is protected and POETIC has a design that doesn't flop around like the Otterbox. As with many of the POETIC items, I expect the plastic screen covering to get scratched over time. It is NOT the same as a typical screen protector that is "applied" to the screen, e.g., FloLab screen protectors. It is a plastic covering that is attached to the frame of the case. It was less expensive than the Otterbox that didn't work as well. It is probably a little bulky for some, so that should be considered if you are looking for something sleek. Glad I gave it a try.

I purchased the full case with front screen protection for my Samsung Galaxy A36 5G. The front was a bit fiddly to get right so the finger print recognition worked, but with some patience, I got it to work. It also comes with a front frame only in case you have your own tempered glass s reen protection. The case is very comfortable in my hand, smoothing out the rather square edges of the new A36. Very good protection all around, with perfect alignment of the holes for speakers, microphone, light sensors on top, and for the charging port. It even has an attached charging port cover to keep dust out. The power button and volume rocker have extended buttons in the case that line up and work perfectly. I've had my phone knocked off my desk and out of my hand (by my loveable and forgiven dog), and there's been no damage to the phone or the case. Well worth the money for the protection and peace of mind.
