I normally only purchase Scottish Regional Honey; however, due to Covid-19, it is proving very difficult to source. My attraction to this particular honey is the exceptional health benefits it has to offer: as far as I can acertain, it is pure 100% raw, unpasteurised honey.The flavour has a unique rich & smokey taste: you will find it very difficult to buy supermarket honey ever again!

Honey is not made from wild bees. It is made from bees fed with sugar to make this honey. The taste lack authenticity and taste more like sugar.

This is great honey, viscous and well flavoured but in my most recent order either the jar had leaked in transit or had been carelessly filled; it was very sticky. Being such thick honey, removing all traces from the packaging was surprisingly difficult. I though it was washed clean but it still left a sticky ring in the larder shelf. It still tastes good though.

Reminiscent of holiday in Greece the flavour is totally different from any other honey -a must for honey lovers
