I started taking this artichoke extract supplement as part of a broader plan to support my digestion and liver health. I’d read that artichoke leaf (Cynara scolymus) can help with bile production and overall digestive comfort, and this seemed like a clean, simple formula. The supplement itself is easy to take, and I appreciate that it’s made in the USA and follows GMP standards. It’s also non-GMO and gluten-free, which is important to me. While it's not possible to rate this product's effectiveness without additional testing, my initial impression of this product is quite positive and it sat fine in my stomach. If this active ingredient is something you wish to try - this particular product is a perfectly suitable option from a trusted manufacturer (in my humble opinion). : )

The price is decent, if you hunt you can get better deals, but this is a decent choice if you come across it and don't feel like searching through all of Amazon. As far as the benefits go...can't verify anything, but doesn't hurt to take it either.

Artichoke extract is good for liver and digestion. Also there is a study where it helps cholesterol and blood pressure. I have been taking it daily for a few weeks now and it definitely made a difference. It helped my digestion better. I used to feel bloated after meals but no more. Artichoke is not normal routine vegetable so this supplement is very convenient. It’s non-GMO so it gave me a little more confidence in the quality.

I've been on this for a couple of months now, and I do feel better digestion and absorption of nutrients when taking it with meals. The Amazing Nutrition formula ticks all the boxes: non-GMO, third-party tested, and GMP certified. I must say however, that I do think their one-capsule nootropic would be better served without the inclusion of the "holy trinity" of supplement fillers - cellulose, magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide. Perhaps without those additives, one capsule would be able to provide a full gram of artichoke extract, instead of 500mg.

One of the many health influences I follow, Lucas Aoun of Boost Your Biology, highly recommends artichoke as a supplement for liver and gallbladder health, so I jump at any opportunity to integrate it into my diet – and supplement stack! While I can't verify the efficacy of this specific product, I found that overall it is a quality product from what appears to be a reputable company. Nice that it's made in the USA too!

I got this for the GI benefits of artichoke. It does seem to help some, but it's really hard to really say for sure with most supplements.
