Just perfect..
Arrived quickly, installed quickly, integrated (to Teams) quickly. This is even in my case which is a Teams running on Windows 11 ARM in a Parallels VM on a MacBook M2 Pro laptop. Call quality is superb, both for mobile and Teams. In terms of Team integration all the functionality is reflected on the small screen giving you quick and easy control of your collaboration activities. This is certainly not a cheap item, but the quality is probably the best there is right now.

The connection to computer and iPhone is quick and easy. Sound is really good. Charge last and its easy to put down for recharge.

Not worth the money at all
The product input and output didnt work. No voice could be heard or the other person voice couldn't be heard either. Not worth the money at all. Returned

Ground control.. can you hear me?
Not as good as expected. Got the Yealink phone and thought these would be seamless, but picking up calls that people then can’t hear me. It could be operator error, but I would expect these to just work.
