This is hands down the best lotion I've ever used. It has a fresh clean earthy warm almost vanilla extent that clings to the skin in the most innocent and lovely way. This is my favorite body lotion of all time and I've been using it for years. It has the most appealing soothing smell and has become my signature scent. It is quite thick and although I know others have given it a thumbs down for being difficult to get out of the bottle, I have never really considered this a problem. I'd rather have a nice thick moisturizing body cream than keeps my skin smooth and hydrated all day than a watered-down version that doesn't do the trick. I am so happy to have stumbled upon this brand. Originally a black-owned company, it was acquired by Unilever a while back but is still of great quality.

This is a wonderful and hydrating lotion. The scent is unlike any other and beautifully memorable! My only problem is it having Patchouli as the main scent; there isn't a hint of patchouli. If you're looking for something with a patchouli scent, this isn't it, but having said that, the scent is absolutely wonderful. Because the lotion was too thick to be easily applied from the provided bottle, I transferred it to a 16 oz large-mouth tub with a screw-on lid, and it worked great. (the seller should consider this change...)

This is the only lotion I use now. I am old and have tried everything. This is the best. Though the bottle is hard to squeeze out, I just take the lid off and get what I need. It truly last really well and is thick without being greasy. It has a nice scent and keeps my old skin hydrated and soft. Great value too. I have been using for about a year and will keep using.

This lotion doesn’t smell like patchouli, probably because of the buriti/ patchouli combination. However it smells amazing. The fragrance is earthy, sensual, and elegant, and lasts a long time. The texture is thick, rich and smooth. It makes my skin feel soft without any oily/greasy feeling.

So disappointed because I was hoping for the best...I love Patchouli and am constantly searching for a lotion, cream, oil or perfume. This wasn't it! The scent is almost non-existent. Additionally, this is no "lotion;" rather like a cream crammed into a bottle and is so thick that. it won't squeeze out of the bottle. Never again!

Lovely. I love the fragrance, but for me it is also a little strong. I cut the fragrance in half by mixing it with Aveeno fragrance free lotion. That certainly makes it go a long way.

Pour enlevé la crème c'est un peu difficile. La bouteille est un peu dur à presser.

This lotion is fabulous. Goes on your skin and quickly absorbs without being greasy. Softness lasts a full 24 hrs. and the patchouli scent is heavenly. Very good lotion for dry skin if you live in a colder climate. So love this lotion and will absolutely continue to use it. Great product.
