Good strong population did the job in a spider-mite infested greenhouse, with results being seen in a couple days. Well packed and well protected on the way to me, I was made happy right away. Natures Good Guys did not honor their guarantee on ladybugs though, so I was reluctant to purchase from them again. This product was very good, but I won't rate the merchant highly after a cut and paste form letter response from them asking for an order number. I already had sent them the order number in the e-mail title along with a copy of the order after they sent me dead ladybugs.

They all arrive alive and well. They do die a bit fast but they do their job before they go lol.

I am so excited! Ive been trying to get rid of spider mites for a year 😩 and my plant friend gave me just 1 sachet and I saw what a different just one made so I ordered a 10 pack from these guys! All of my beneficials came alive and healthy 🙌 I put them on my plants and came back a few hours later and they were spread out EVERYWHERE! I cant wait to see what a difference they make in my tents! Thank you for shipping so quickly as well! Also the price is so much better than alot of other sites! They are also super easy to use you just hang them or lay them on the leaves and they get to work!

I hung 5 bags on 2 plants. It has been 2 weeks and I still have reoccurring webbing on my flowers. I can’t tell if anything is happening at all. The only thing I know is I still have a problem.

I was quite disappointed in these. The bugs are incredibly small, so ill generously assume there was more bugs in the packets than I witnessed. I had a thripe infestation on my house plants and bought these to try and Salvage them. I saw maybe a dozen of these guys and that was it.

I guess I did not read thoroughly , as I did not see that it says you should buy food to feed these guys ? Confusing to me how you could order them before any signs of spider mite damage , how would you know you have spider mites then unless you’re getting a microscope out ? They did say after I ordered them that once you can see visible damage it is too late , however if you order them before you have damage then you much buy the food to feed them - so I really cannot say if they are effective or not due to the very narrow window and strict instructions of applying them. We hung them on some hops that started to get some damage on a few leaves , and also on our honeysuckle which is nearby in case they got spider mites too. They’ve been hanging there in the plants for weeks but I cannot tell if they are doing anything at all. I haven’t gotten a microscope out or magnifying glass to look if any of these guys came out of the bags or are feasting on spider mites or just died in the pouch or whatever. We have ordered ladybugs from the same seller before and that was awesome. Really fun watching them all come out of the bag over a few hours. Cannot speak to the effectiveness of these unfortunately. Really want to use natural remedies , not chemicals on our yard.

Lots of critters in this bunch! My last bunch came in with no success but they were quick to send me a new batch that were thriving and ready to keep my indoor plants happy. Thank you!!

Not sure what I'm doing wrong. This is my 2nd purchase of Nature's good guys and each time I was left sorely disappointed. Wasted my money
